Pip review help/advice please
Hi, I received my pip review text this morning so the forms will be coming in the post soon.
I got my award via tribunal which was stressful enough.
Am I best putting ‘ no change’ in the forms or should I go into detail. Last time I went into detail on my original forms, they nit-picked everything I said trying to trip me up - it felt like!
My circumstances haven’t got worse just stayed the same
I’m really dreading this

You should never just put no changes and nothing further. Even more so when your current award was from a Tribunal.
All claims should be treated as a new claim and you should include as much relevant information as possible.
Also include a couple of real world examples of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you.
Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.
I’d also advise you to include a copy of the Tribunal decision letter if you still have it.
