Care Support Plan. Do I sent this information back to the Ombudsman or challenge the social again?

Hi,
My son has a Care Support Plan. The council decided to take funding away before the annual assessment was completed. I took the case to the Ombudsman and won, The council had failed. Now, the support plan is back and running, but the council/social will not support the Physiotherapy my disabled son desperately requires as he has spastic diplegia and cerebral Palsy. They state ICB should be supporting as it is a health need, but the ICB refuse to pay and state it is the social support plan to support all needs of the patient. There is no physiotherapist in the NHS in our area to accommodate weekly neuro - physio. So, my question to all. Do I sent this information back to the Ombudsman, or challenge the social again, being how many times in the 2yrs of contesting the support plan, as they also reduced his PA hrs from 32hrs to 9hrs, and I also challenged that and got the hrs back. Its as if we don't have enough on our plates looking after our disabled family _ I truly am at breaking point, here, they want me to cave in and give up!

Hi @lifesaver sorry you've not had a response to your post yet. I cannot believe the amount of fighting you've had to do for this. I'm frustrated for you! Have things progressed anymore since you originally posted? I really hope this is now resolved for you and your son.
Best wishes,
