Hello all

I just got my decision letter dated the 22/11/2024 for LCWRA on my journal

I posted the form signed for on the 3/10/2024 i rang them and I was told it went on system on the 13/10/2024

my sick notes are from 05/9/2024 to 05/11/2024 then 30/11/2024 to 05/1/2025 no Gaps

Just want to know if I would get any back payments been trying to work it out but I'm so confused My payment for UC is on the 5/12/2024

LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in.

August/September: Partial AP, excluded from waiting period.

September/October : AP 1

October/November: AP2

November/December: AP 3

December/January: Eligible for LCWRA element.

5th February: First LCWRA element paid.

No money is owed in backpay.
