Off to tribunal again with old employee

hi every one not sure if you remember a few years back I was discriminated against in the work place for having a mental illness but they settled out of court well I find my self having to go threw it again my job from back in June discriminated against me . They actually sacked me for having a mental illness they requested to see doctors note and hospital notes and they used what they read against me and they decided to end my employment like I told them in the meeting it’s disgusting how mentally I’ll people are treated in the work place .

And that I would be making a stand against it and they seemed shocked that I was gonna take them to court it’s taken ages but I finallly got a court date for next January they are refusing to settle out of court who knows if they will closer to the time they prob will but it’s not bout the money it’s bout standing up for every one who has a disability mental or physical who’s trying to work and there treated badly.

Even if I don’t get a penny at least that’s there company name plastered all over the internet don’t look very good on them and they have requested I send over proof to them of my disability but I don’t have to but I’ll need to prove it to the tribunal judge which is no problem I’m happy to do that does any one have any advice for me please

Blimey, sorry to hear you're having to go through another tribunal @cupcake88 that can't be easy for you. I'm afraid we're not legally trained here, so I'm unable to give any advice on this, I just wanted to let you know I've got my fingers crossed for a positive outcome.
