I’m I owed any backpay
I submitted my fit note on the 8th August and now I’m waiting for a decision for lcwra, so I’m just wondering if I am owed anything bc it’s been more than 3 assessment periods.

It has to be three full assessment periods, and the AP you handed your Fit Note in doesn't count.
What is your assessment period date?

what has it got to be 3 full assessment periods since my lcwra assessment?

The waiting period is three full assessment periods since you handed in your first Fit Note. The AP that you handed that in doesn't count, as it's not a full AP.
I'm happy to do a timeline for you, if I can know your AP date.

my first assessment period was from the 9th July to the 8th August, I handed my first fit note in on the 8th August

If those dates are exactly correct:
July/August: Partial AP not counted for waiting period.
August/September: AP 1
September/October: AP 2
October/November AP 3
November/December: Eligible for LCWRA element.
It's possible you would be owed one month's LCWRA, if they don't make the decision very soon and put it into payment in time for mid December.
If you have Transitional Protection on your UC claim, this will reduce by the LCWRA amount.
Also if claiming as a couple and your partner gets LCWRA, no money will be payable for you as only one person on the claim can be paid LCWRA.
