I see advice was given on hour previous thread here
To recap that, as you didn’t provide fit notes for the change of health condition then it will be down to a decision maker to decide when the extra money is paid from.
There’s no waiting period for you because you already had LCW to start with. If they don’t accept that no fit notes were provided the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which the decision was made.
Was it someone from the service centre that put a message onto your journal telling you payments don’t start until March? If so then yes they are often incorrect here.

I wouldn’t advise you to ring the helpline because they are not benefits advisors. They are call centre staff and very often give incorrect advice.
The issue you have is that you didn’t provide any fit notes when you should have because you reported changes to your health condition.

I was told not to continue to do so from last year I sent in sick note for over 2 years and I was told to stop and to make a change of health condition I only did as I was told and I don’t think I’m having a fair outcome

No decision has been made yet on when the extra money is paid from. Going forward the LCWRA element should be included on your next statement, unless this is due within the next couple of days.
The call centre staff and those from the service centre often get the rules wrong when it’s a review.
If any money is owed this will be paid as a separate payment and often takes quite a few weeks to pay it.

I would advise you to seek advice from Citizens Advice or a similar advice agency for advice . I dealt with a case recently where despite having already having LCW a client was told that he had to wait for three months before the LCWRA element could be paid despite having submitted fit notes. In my experience there are often mistakes made in relation to when the LCWRA element is awarded from.
