Disability rights

Morning, does anyone know who I could speak to about my daughter’s school and disability rights? Is there a charity or organisation?
my daughters school keep trying to give her detentions and she is autistic and they are really affecting her as she needs to come home straight from school.

Hi @Gemmabelle17
If you are in England, SENDIASS are good to contact about topics related to education and disability as they offer a range of free information and support and you can find your local service here.
If you are in Wales, Snap Cymru are the ones to reach out as they provide very similar services and have a helpline for all things related to education and disability.Hope that was helpful, please reach out if you have more questions or would like further support.
