hi am wondering if anyone can help me

My daughter was involved in an accident with the motobility car. She now won’t drive it as motobility say they may or may not disclose this info to the third party. I feel this is confidential

Direct line Motability insurance is no different to any other car insurance company. Yes they can and do share information with other insurance companies. Not only that if you have an accident, this must be declared for 5 years with any future car insurance company. Failure to do this could lead to your insurance being cancelled and void. Therefore for those reasons it's not confidential.

Not sure if this is the right place for my address!

I am getting hospital transport up to London for my 3 monthly Neurology apps which I have been very thankful for.

However it has become increasingly stressful and very painful as it's chaotic in the transport lounge to come home.

I have to wait 5 hours then another 2 1/2 to get home and I just can't face it anymore.

I have been looking at other options such as taxi or similar and being able to claim some of the money back somehow.

Does anyone have any info or ideas on this matter?

    Thanks 😊

Information on claiming back NHS travel costs:

    https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/help-with-health-costs/healthcare-travel-costs-scheme-htcs/

Refunds for taxis require the Hospital paying the refund to pre authorise, be aware taxis are very rarely approved you are generally expected to use the cheapest method ie public transport.
