Congrats! I'm sorry for suggesting something that wouldn't work out for you. 😓 I can empathise a bit with the anxiety around phone calls. I myself put off asking for the form extension via phone until a full week or two after I had meant to hand the form in already because of the anxiety it induced. They still accepted the extension though. I'm glad you were able to get your forms in, best of luck with the review 🤞

90% finished my paperwork but the answers half as long as the original form I sent in and some of the questions seem designed to be deliberately awkward. Like the mixing with other people question. Unless you have someone to "help" you the only question you can answer is about help you have had and help going forwards.
The whole form was a pain
