Grounding/ earthing sheets
Has anybody tried a grounding sheet for chronic pain, stress and insomnia? Do they work? There are so many on Amazon alone and I can't afford to waste money. If I go for one, what percent silver ought I to opt for? Or are the another rubbishy fad? Thanks, Zipz

Controversy sells, just look at the USA, I wouldn't ever try that, same with tens machines.

I have used a TENS machine for years and it does work for me - it reduces pain, at least temporarily, through electrical stimulation of nerves !

The effectiveness of TENS is a matter of faith. Some people believe in homeopathy, for example.

@Zipz I’ve never heard of grounding sheets but after a quick search I still have no idea why those would be effective. I’ve read about weighted blankets being calming and good for sleep but have never tried them.
I’m responding here to other posters regarding TENS machines. I use TENS machines often for pain relief especially when it interrupts sleep. I feels like a soothing massage for me. Whilst I’m using it, it relieves some pain. It’s extremely relaxing so helps me sleep. It was also recommended during pregnancy for labour but it took me years to try it.
It’s interesting other people don’t benefit from it or see it as a placebo. I suppose we don’t all experience the same symptoms and cannot benefit from the same treatments.
Grounding sheets seem very expensive if you are not sure. Sorry I couldn’t help with your decision.
