Just got my copy of uc50 back

hi I had help getting my uc50 form filled in. On day I went to have it done I wasn’t very well and very tearful. I asked for a copy of my form as I’ve now got a date for the assessment . I’ve seen so many saying get copies of forms you’ve had sent in so that’s the reason I asked for it . After looking over the form bits of it are wrong and bits that should have been on are missing. Will this be a problem will I be able to mention this during the assessment ? I really was having a bad day and just wanted to get home . I dont know why I wasn’t given a copy then I could of checked it at home before it was sent over x

    Hi @Dendoo, Sorry to hear you had such a bad day when you filled in your form, I hope today is a better one for you.

    The form and assessment are usually looked at together when they make a decision, so they might end up having enough information once both are combined.

    How inaccurate do you think your UC50 form is, were there major things missing?

    Over thinking with the stress of everything . It’s just little bits missing like mentioning one body part and not the other . Things like that and explanations that type of thing . I really should of cancelled the appointment when I felt so bad but I couldn’t they are so busy But I suppose if questioned on them

    I can bring that information into the full picture but honestly anyone having forms filled in with them do check them before they are sent off and get a copy ! I’ve got myself aggravated over things still today . Mulling things over in my mind I do myself no favours smh x
