Hi, my name is pmurray! Has anyone had experience of these treatments for severe tremors?

I suffer severe tremor to both hands. Am taking medication that does help but have been offered a procedure next year. Either insertion of t wo monitors in my skull regulated by one in my chest OR laser guided MRI treatment which treats one side then the other. Has anyone on here had experience of either of these treatments as I would really welcome your comments.
