Can I use this method

I am having problem's trying to connect to my care coordinator. She never answers texts and my form of communication emails which I use as find difficult to process she refuses to use. My conversation with her when I do see her she says I'm lying even though I have medical letters then denies it when another person is present. Can I record our meetings

    Hi @charlie79 sorry to hear your care coordinatior isn't acknowledging your requests, I'd say this would come under the disability equality act 2010, so they should be making reasonable adjustments toward you.
    You can record conversations, but common courtesy would ask you to get their permission before you start recording. Have you put in a complaint about them?
