thank you that's the bit I did myself

This is my main tree, sadly has to be squeezed in, plus my other optic tree. As I've said elsewhere, my favourite bit of Xmas is the lights & decs π

Thank you for sharing your your trees. I miss the years when I had a tree in a loving home. Now I'm 100% alone. I gave the tree and decorations to Oxfam because nobody visits and I've nobody to help me put decorations up. It will be a very lonely Christmas season but I have good memories.

Wow loving everyone's Christmas decorations and trees. I love putting up the tree with my children, whilst listening to Christmas music, drinking hot chocolate and then sitting down to a Christmas film afterwards. The build up to Christmas is my favourite time of year π

I bought a table pink Christmas tree this year. It can light up. Most Christmas decorations are from charity shops or friends who knitted them. Feeling blessed.

I think all your Xmas Trees and Decorations look absolutely terrific, conventional or otherwise. Mine is the usual mess, hence no photo! I haven't got the balance to put baubles or lights on the tree (I would fall over!) so it is just a plain fibre optic tree. The trouble is I can only see the twinkling fibre optics when the lights are off and I am in the dark, so it is a bit useless during daylight hours! I didn't know smart trees existed either, so maybe next Xmas things will be different and I will have a tree to be proud of - so long as all the baubles and lights are pre-fitted! Anyway, I think you have all made an amazing contribution to the Spirit of Christmas, as it makes people happy to see beautifully decorated trees.

I live alone too, @Zipz, but I put or actually, someone else puts up the tree, lights on it & up around the room for me. The fibre optic trees I can do myself, so maybe you could have a look around for one of them. The beauty that Luchia has is a lot different to my two & will have cost more, but depending on your pocket, there will be one that you could get just for you, it doesn't need decs, but is just as pretty to look at.
