The £150 can only be used for Gas & Electric, The digital card they supply is a specific type that’s only accepted by UK utility companies.

Hi Jhon, if you're struggling with water bills, you might not know that all the main water companies are in a scheme for giving discounted water to those in hardship. I'm with Severn-Trent and my water bills are just over £1 a month, which is brilliant. If you don't know about this go to your water company's website and they should have a link for those struggling to pay. Let us know if you need help doing it…

I see mig_dage has put a link for you that could help…

Yes you can use the £150
On either
Gas
Electric
Water
When you receive and follow instructions to activate and use payment card .
All 3 bills above you can use £150 to pay 🥰

Sorry Lainybear but think you're wrong there - the vouchers are for energy use, not water…

Ref vouchers. Have emailed three times since December, still.no joy. Are they still being sent out?

Not got mine either Bulldogmum (lucky bulldog!)… Maybe they've run out and waiting for more to arrive?

As far as I'm aware the teams are still working really hard to get everyone's vouchers sent out as soon as possible but there are still lots to get through. Hopefully you'll hear back soon. You'd be welcome to try and give them a call or another email to check in:
They're open Monday to Friday from 11am to 4pm.

I was able to use my voucher on either
Gas
Electric
Or water it was my choice but all 3 options were available

Don't have my voucher to check now Lainybear but it is supposed to be an energy voucher… For water you have more options, as a couple of us have explained, if you're on low income you should be able to get a big reduction in water bills. You can't do that for gas + electricity so probably wisest to use the voucher for those anyway (even if you can use it for water).

They took a couple of weeks to reply to mine Sunshine + still not had a blanket either, although they say they're looking into it. They told me they'd lost my application, maybe I'm not the only one… If you've not heard anything by next week I'd contact Rosie or someone in Scope - they'll get to the bottom of it eventually

I eventually got an email back apparently my blanket was failed delivery as no answer at the door, i am always home, no email or telephone or card left to say anything had been attempted, i have cctv at my house which detects motion and alerts me via my phone, so this is how i know for sure there has been no delivery attempted, now they have ran out of blankets but putting me on the list for the next time they are giving them out, my cousin who also applied for a energy voucher in january has still not head anything either :(

What…!! So maybe they aren't giving anymore out this year? I hope that's wrong. I had an email from them about a week ago saying they would look into my case and couldn't tell me how long it would take. I do hope they aren't just stringing us along : ((

I've not heard anything and my e-mails aren't being replied to, I applied in December. Has the scheme closed down now? I do hope existing applicants will be contacted.
