UC review phone call soon, help.

Hi I have a UC review phone call on 23rd December.

I just have a few questions, I use to gamble.. (don't anymore, blocked on everything and my cards).

But, back on 3rdAugust I won a large amount, 9k in one hit. (That's when I stopped gambling)

My UC assessment period is on 27th of each month. I recieved this 9k winnings on the 3rd, same day at my UC money went into my account.

But I used this money wisely, for Xmas gift cards, holiday and car.

But would this affect anything to do with UC when they call..

(I do transfer money in and out of my other account, so I don't have subscriptions go out whenever they feel like lol)

Assessment periods last for one calendar month, not just one day. Entitlement to UC is based on your circumstances on the last day of each assessment period. If you had less than £6,000 on that day then it will be ok. Although you maybe asked what did with that money.
