Confused. Com
Good moaning fellow warriors. I've had a meeting with my care coordinator psychologist and support worker the other day.
Who told me I'd never had previous psychology never been sectioned and. Never been in secondary care prior.
I find it hard to communicate in meeting s so my responses to defending myself are .
I've found discharge letters tre plan and referral that was made to secondary care for support by can and a letter from manager herself about malpractice and negligence and why first time around didn't work out . Then a month later covid and evidence of journey. . So what system are the idiots looking at. I have a cpn who I've had ambulance called out 3 times in 3 months due to suicidal thoughts and self harming. What system are my mh team looking at .
They are adamant that they have looked at all my records.
Any one else had this problem and feel like an idiot. I feel like one flew out of the cuckoo's nest.

Hi @charlie79,
I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. It sounds incredibly frustrating. You might want to request your medical records (you can do this under the UK Data Protection Act) to check what your team is looking at.
If you feel unheard, reaching out to PALS or an advocacy service like VoiceAbility could help. And if things feel overwhelming, you can contact Samaritans (116 123) or text SHOUT to 85258 for support.

Hi @charlie79 that sounds awful, I'm so sorry.
I've had a little look at some alternative options to telephone. If you've a support worker, are you comfortable reaching out to them via another method then telephone?
Alternatively, SHOUT is a text-based service.
It looks like in the future Samaritans are going online too: Chat with us online | Contact a Samaritan
I hope these options are useful for you. Please let me know if they are/aren't, and more importantly, you're doing ok.
Holly.

My care coordinator never answers my texts. I have no one else's contact details. I've asked for my risk assessment contingency plan and my safeguarding over festive period with no response. I can't call due to fear of phone. I've had ambulance out 3 times in last 2 months with no visit from mental h3alth team. I'm suicidal and self harming.
I want to change coordinator I think I have good grounds and a food feeling to feel this way

Is it worth approaching pals or are they useless or biased

I have always had good experiences with PALs @charlie79 and if you are unhappy or worried about your care, it is worth contacting them. Please let us know how you get on.
