LCWRA has a waiting period of three full assessment periods, from the date the first Fit Note was handed in. No money is paid or subsequently owed for that period.
September/October: AP 1
October/November: AP 2
November/December: AP 3
December/January: Eligible for LCWRA element.
January: First LCWRA element paid*
No money is owed in backpay.
*If you have Transitional Protection on the claim, it will reduce by the LCWRA amount.
*If you have Carers Element in your name on the claim, LCWRA will replace this as the same person cannot get both.
*If you have a partner on your claim who gets LCWRA, no money will be paid as within a couple the maximum number of LCWRA elements is 1.

SO you're sayin the Jan paid of universal credit I recive will also include a payment of £416

Yes, if it doesn't then they haven't had enough time to process the award, and they'll owe you one months LCWRA.

I have received the letter on my journal to say and money owed will be told about my 1st sick note was 21st Aug till 1st Sept then 1st till 1st of Jan 2025

In your first comment you said your first fit note was 1st Sept and now you're saying it was 21st August. Which one is it please?
What date do you usually receive your money each month?

1st fit note was 25th Aug for a week then 1st Sept till 1st Jan 2025 I receive letter on my journal on 10th Dec and I get paid 8th of each month

Then the advice by kimmy is correct, your waiting period is Sept/Oct, Oct/Nov, Nov/Dec.. LCWRA element starts from 2nd Dec to 1st January and first payment is 8th January. You are not owed any LCWRA element, this is because it's not paid at all during the waiting period.
Please also take note of the advice given about Transitional Protection. If that is included with your UC then the LCWRA element will erode that.

Hi @kitelake
Welcome to the community! I hope you're well? I can see you've received some great feedback from the community so I won't add anything at this time.
Just to let you know, I have changed the title of your post. Just to make it easier for others in the community to find it as they may find it useful, or can offer some input from their personal experiences. I hope this is ok. 😊
Please keep us updated and shout if you need anything!

The reason you're not owed any LCWRA element is because there's a waiting period that must apply before the extra money is paid. It's not paid at all during that waiting period. As UC is paid monthly in arrears the element is paid from the 4th month after you provided your first fit note with first payment being the end of that month.
When you receive your next statement you need to check the LCWRA element is included.
