Fear of the unknown

Hello everyone. Quite a long post so apologies in advance. Am currently working but suffer with several MH issues since 2017. Been off work several times due to this. Been working from home since start lockdown. MH took a nosedive and now I don't socialise or go out without a family member. Just returned to work after being off sick couple months with work related stress. Lots going on at work including upcoming tribunal after asking for reasonable adjustments which they have refused. So all in all feeling worried stressed anxious and have all the lovely bits that go with it. Returned to work recently but requested phased return. This has been around 5 weeks. Employer has now advised me this cannot go on any longer and I have been advised I now have to do FT hrs. Am feelin quite stressed about this and feel it's adding to anxiety that is already there. Does anyone know if this is definitely the case and do I have an argument so to speak to work reduced hrs a bit longer? Many thanks
