PIP appeal waiting time.

hi all.
I lodged my appeal to the courts back in FEB 2024. Been 10 months and I still waiting for a date. Ive got a representative who’s taken on my appeal on my behalf.
My main issues are autism, ADHD, dyslexia and mixed generalised anxiety and depression disorder (linked to my autism).
I was wondering if many or most people have been waiting for around 12 months.
I almost gave up but I've already got this far and its not worth backing down. I know im not the onky one. But this wait without any indication of any available dates. Ive never dealt with so much uncertainty. How did people manage this??

Waiting times have increase considerably and some are waiting about a year for a hearing date. Hopefully not too much longer now.

Hi @Sarmour94, sorry you've been waiting so long. Unfortunately it can be a pretty long wait at the moment, but I hope you hear back soon.
It's much easier said than done, but try to keep yourself distracted in the meantime. You've done all you can for now, so try not to worry about it if you can manage not to. Fingers crossed you get a positive result when the time comes.
