Feeling frustrated mobility car
Was given a date of the 30/11 for my car to be delivered the day before this was changed to the 10/12 then again got changed the day before to the 17th today so far no car also no new date for delivery still showing today but stoneacre say it won't come now this late in the afternoon asked them if they could chase it with the delivery company on what's happening for them to say they will do it next week if it's not turned up by then feel like the service was really good at the beginning but once they got the order I'm constantly chasing them as they don't respond to emails nor return my calls so it takes a while before I get to speak to someone.
Sorry just a rant really.

Hi @annie4
This sounds like a really annoying situation! Hopefully you won't have too wait to much longer for your car now0 -
If it hasn’t yet been delivered to the dealer then you are unlikely to collect it before Christmas.
Once it’s been delivered the dealer then needs to agree a date for collection with motability. It then needs to be prepared for you to collect it and this includes taxing the vehicle.
I’m waiting for my new car and today I had a phone call from the dealer telling me it’s on it way to them. The factory where they build it is in the UK so not far to Travel. They’ve been in contact with motability who have agreed to a date after Christmas, which for me is 28th December.
Delays often happen when new vehicles and mine was originally supposed to be the start of December. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer now. Once you do have it, it will be worth the wait.

Ok thank you Poppy I have been told by the dealership and mobility that as long as the dealership can do all the checks then it can be collected the next day they said quickest they have had one ready is 6 hours longest is 7 days so will just have to wait and see.So far it's down on the Renault system as coming by the 20th which is Friday but I'm aware this could change just have to wait for the phone call I suppose
