Mental health - PTST CBT level 1, 2, 3
hi everyone hope everyone is enjoying the festive season
Anyway getting a bit concerned been on LCWRA for about 2 years and pip for about 20 months for anxiety and depression ( lost my daughter at 3 years an 9 months and buried her 3 times due to the alderhey organ scandal) also lost mum brother aunt and dad all a few years apart I was 24 when this started with my daughter anyway had this test called a PCL 50 I think which is a PTSD TEST it come back with a score of 56 the cut of is 28 apparently it is chronic PTSD but no one will touch me unless I go through the CBT levels 1,2 and 3 I’ve done 1 and 2 but can’t go through the 3 because there trying to tell me to think differently when no matter what telling the hospital to turn the machine off and her dying in my arms is not going away
So I’m worried they might take my extra help away
Any one got any advice it would be much appreciated
Thank you

Hi @kj1892 I hope you're doing ok? I'm so sorry to read this, it's heartbreaking that you've endured so much.
Have you looked in to an alternative therapist who might work in a different way? From personal experience, that is something they should offer you. Sorry if I'm barking up the wrong tree, so to speak and it's more about the process as a whole?
I hope you don't mind but I've made a few small changes to the title of your post just to make it a little easier for other community members to find. There might be someone who's had a similar experience that can offer some helpful input.
Best wishes,
Holly.
