Hi, pip back payment for who exactly
I just want to know who is getting this back pay?
I have pip for years with 12 points but not sure if I am entitled to extra payments or not.

I got a letter today, it said "the change is to do with how we consider the social support someone needs to mix with other people face to face. This includes how far in advance that support is needed. The change also makes clear that the social support is an ongoing need. It is not just something that is needed during or just before meeting with other people.
This could affect anyone who needed social support to mix with other people face to face at any time from 6 April 2016. The social support needed would have been from a person trained or experienced in assisting people in social situations. They would help someone mix with other people by prompting, reminding, encouraging or explaining the situation.
You do not need to do anything unless you think your PIP claim is affected. We will not do anything unless you contact us. If you think you could be affected by this change in PIP law, please phone or write to us using the contact details above"
That's the most relevant sections on there, I imagine that yours is on the way too but thought it could help in the meantime.

It depends where you scored those 12 points, how your conditions affect you and when the decision was made on the claim. More information here
