Can you pay son/ daughter in law for doing laundry, shopping putting shopping away ,washing nebuliser equipment , washing hair , taking you out for appointments and a general day out and other things you struggle to find non related people to do for you . Or is not permitted to pay family members ?

You can spend the PIP payments however you wish, there are no limitations.

On Wednesday, i went to my old care home to visit everyone. My cousin was giving me a lift, but she needed money for petrol. I gave her £10 for petrol.
You can use the money any way you wish and it's nice that it’s there to be used at the point of need.
