UC 50 advice on completion
HI my daughter has received the UC 50 form to complete as she has began to receive UC and has been submitting a Fit note for depression for which she takes meds and has been having monthly phone appointments with our GP practice mental health nurse. My daughter is also nurodivergent but has no diagnosis of Autism despite having an assessment 2 years ago. She sees a private neurodiversity councillor 2x per month and takes medication for depression. She did receive a diagnosis of GAD when she was assessed by CAHMS a few years ago. What additional evidence should my daughter include with her UC 50 to support her claim. Any advice appreciated.

Hi @sunflower71
You can include anything that might be relevant to her claim and help show how her conditions or symptoms affect her.
Does she have any letters from the doctor or the mental health nurse about her conditions? Things like that can often be useful to include. I have heard some people will ask their therapists or councillors to write statements about their conditions, but that's not always possible. Could be worth asking whether they'd be able to though 😊
