My care coordinator and email

Hi everyone who has read my threads recently is aware I'm having issues with my current care coordinator and cmht.
I have always communicated via private email set up by themselves to communicate via my support and the team.
My care coordinator recently changed and despite making requests under the mental health act regards to my communication and fear of phone. There has been no response.
I was looking at all of my previous contacts communication and all emails of cmht start with name then slam.nhs .UK.
If I sent her an email with her name and this format and it was received would I be in trouble or would it have any consequences for me

Hey @charlie79 we'd be unable to say if that would work or not, it may be a case that your previous care coordinator has left the company, so they wouldn't have access to their emails any more.
When had you emailed to request email only communication? As it's the holidays, many companies are a bit slower with replies.0
