Happy New Year: lets learn/try/explore something new this year!
Greetings,
Happy new year everyone!
Lets make 2025 balanced by equally focussing on career, health and social aspects of our lives. We can make it more special by exploring something new; a new language, a new skill, or just taking-up something which you otherwise would not think about.

It does not matter what you choose to explore and from where you decide to explore, my best wishes for your endeavours in 2025.

Welcome to Scope, Mr Curious 🤔
What will you be focusing on and exploring next year?

I will mainly try to consistently workout everyday, read non-fiction books on a regular basis, and learn piano. What about you?

I've no idea atm 😄
Being late-diagnosed autistic, I learn something new every day because no two days are the same 😊

Some excellent ideas for next year there. I'll be joining you on the workouts, I took a year off this year haha. 😊

good to know that. I have never been able to consistently start it. Exercise is one of the things which you know you should be doing but very hard for many, including me, to actually do it.

Oh totally, it's all about getting into a regular habit of doing it. I always made sure I did my pushups etc first thing in the morning, some fresh air at lunch, then weights in the evenings. Having that set time really helped turn it all into part of my daily routine. Best of luck, I hope that routine sticks next year. 😁

Hi @MrCurious! My resolutions are quite similar to yours! Focusing on fitness and expanding my knowledge with books is definitely on the list. Along with learning a new language which I started over the past few months, but have not been keeping up with of late.
An all round better balance on looking after my mind, body, and soul next year. 😊
I hope you have a great time seeing the new year in and all the best for 2025 all!
Best wishes,
Holly.
