I would just be careful with putting pictures of yourself and other people because this community is open to the public and I wouldn't want someone to pinch the photo

Welcome @sugarLoaf86 absolutely love the picture! ☺️
I hope you don't mind but I've added a bit more detail from your post to the title. Just to help others see when looking through the forum what you'd like to discuss.
Best wishes,

Hi,noted that some liked picture but was pointed out danger of such things but as all on it appear regularly on social media one more ok but appreciate fact being pointed out.The picture of my "PAIN"was taken at the bottom of Pen y Fan after my failed attempt to climb with aid of crutches due to my Osteoarthritis. Made halfway so it's on my to do list, can't stand unfinished business. You may have guessed walking is my hobby .Despite my walking problems still keep at it ,over past 40yrs +have walked many a mile mostly mountains with multiday events plus a long trip over The Sahara 🇪🇭. I am also the founder and first race director of the Dragon's Back Race a multi day challenge down centre of Wales. It is recognised as being one of the top events of its kind inthe World 🌎 Something which I am immensely proud.Hopefully me going on about me will help you forget your own problems for awhile. One thing I would hope it points out know matter what the discomfort is you can get out into the fresh air So go for it.💯

Hello sugarLoaf86, welcome to Scope and a very Happy New Year to you!
What a great photo of you all! I'm sure you will get tips on mobility aids from another member..
One thing I would hope it points out know matter what the discomfort is you can get out into the fresh air.
My happy place is outdoors and always has been. Only ever managed a few group meets and walks/climbs but they were incredibly invigorating (I find cycling beneficial when my feet or legs hurt because I'm not carrying my weight).
