Renting a house with my mum

hi all, hoping to get some help with this please!
My mum is receiving universal credit and highest level of pip due to various health issues, and is registered blind. She is living on her own at the moment, and me and my fiance would like to rent a house with her so she isn’t on her own.
Me and my fiance both work, and we want to know how this would affect my mums benefits.
we would also like to know how moving away from her current area would affect her UC, would she need to reapply under a different council?
Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!

She will not need to reapply for UC because she's already claiming it. It would just be a change of address. She will still be able to claim for her share of the rent, providing she has a liability to pay rent to a landlord.
She would also lose her single person discount for council tax.
