When making a claim: Why not box for your REF on the Migration letter
I have to wonder this, why isn't there a place when your making a claim, for the ref number that is included on your Migration letter? Surly that would simplify alot of work as people at the other end just need type that in to get the details?
Now there asking for Bank details again surly they know all off this??

I was asking the same question 6 months ago…
Apparently they have now updated the system to streamline ESA migration, but it still seems to be hit and miss, and a lot of doubling up on information that the DWP already have access to.

The WHOLE online form is convoluted, how is anyone with mental disability suppose to fill that out?
They dumped ALL of the ESA people into the same group as new claimants. There should have had a special claiming section for people coming over from ESA, So none of this silly are you in education, or have you live in the UK for past 2 years, do you think your be employed next month or last month. That just taking the ****…
