Benefit and carer allowance
Hello,
I claim PIP enhanced rate, HB and employment support allowance. My son lives with me and next month he will turns 18 and will continueto live with me. Can he claims carer allowance while he lives with me without effecting all my benefits? Or he needs to move out?

Is your son the only person that lives with you? If so are you still claiming child benefit for him?
If you answered yes to those 2 questions then does your ESA include the Severe disability Premium? If so then you will lose that if he claims carers allowance for looking after you. This would mean that you will be £81.50/week worse off.
Also if he's still a full time student then he won't be able to claim carers allowance. To answer that last question, he can still live with you if he did claim carers allowance.

He is my only son, and no we don't claim child benefit, as they didn't approved his home online studies for the child benefit. So I am the only one who claims HB, ESA and PIP... for the government he is not in study as he is not approved (they weird) but next year he can change to part time study as he wanted to work to save.. can you advice please? Also is applying for CA will not effect me ?

Then he will be treated as an adult in his own right. This means that your ESA should not include the Severe disability Premium unless he's either registered blind or claims a qualifying disability benefit himself, such as PIP daily living or DLA mid/high rate care.
This means he can claim carers allowance for looking after you. He should also look at claiming Universal Credit. The carers allowance will be deducted in full but the UC will include carers element. As a carer he will have no work commitments.

Thank you so much, so as far I understood
I will ask him to apply for CA and UC?
And his address is mine, and my benefits will not be effected?
I only have enhanced rate PIP, no premium with ESA

His benefits will not affect yours. Yes he can claim both benefits. If he’s been caring for you for the past 3 months he can ask for CA to be backdated.
When he claims UC he needs to make sure he reports being your carer.
