Uc suspension

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone would be able to help me i had my claim suspended for not uploading documents I rang the uc helpline and got told that when I uploaded the documents the suspension would be lifted and the funds would be released. Does anybody know how long it takes after uploading the documents for everything to get sorted and to hear about pay? I have asked on my journal for an estimation as I have bills needing to be paid but haven't had a response. Thank you.
