II was going through the 6 month checks to see if I was getting the correct amount of UC. I suffer from multiple mental health conditions, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, high anxiety and depression. The people who dealt with my case made mistakes and my money was suspended for not producing evidence of accounts that did not exist and have proven to be true, this ordeal went on for months, started in july and my Universal credit was finally closed on the 3rd of December. I was offered no extra support due to my health conditions which are now so bad I have lost 2 half stone in weight and and finding it difficult to sleep. Our last payment was four months ago and I have twin boys to care for. I have asked our local MP for help and now I have been told I have to wait another 15-20working days for my complaint to be investigated. A cost of living crisis and we have been left with nothing. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you checked your credit history report to see if anyone has opened a bank account using your details?

@stay_positive they have been doing reviews for quite sometime to check if your claim is correct. When they do this they will ask you to provide 4 months of bank statements for yourself and partner. (For those that claim with one)

hello poppy123456 i have not but i will go and check that now. I think its beacuse me and a few family members put a bit of money in crypto coins but have not breached any rules. also there was something in the paper that said the DWP workers got a share of 11.5million in bonuses for canceling cold weather payments and getting people of benefits, how true that is i dont know but there has been many times they have had courts over rule them and had to compensate the victims.
