Moving from PIP to Scottish ADP, apointee question!

Hi, I realise no one might have dealt with this yet but just thinking ahead and thought I’d ask in case anyone knows!
My son is on PIP and will be moved to ADP soon. I am currently his appointee. He is 21 now. I think he could handle the money ok now (with our support), but he can’t deal with communicating with people about his claim or communicating about his motability car (with motability or the garage) etc.
Is there a way under the new Scottish system I could be the contact for things like motability, but he can be paid the money into his own account?
Just thinking ahead as I know they review the DWP appointees when moved over, and I read the Scottish system is different, so I thought it would be a good time to make the change if that is a possibility.
Thanks to anyone who’s got info or experience 😊.
