Pip tribunal

Hi everyone,
I have my pip tribunal on Monday after being scored 0 on assessment and MR, I have lots of evidence from different teams and GP but I'm absolutely terrified. I just feel like after 20 years of not being listened to or taken seriously this could either be retribution or the straw that breaks the camels back.
Can anyone give any advice about the types of questions they might ask and the general layout of the tribunal? Mine is online.
Thank you βΊοΈ

Hi,
I had my tribunal on 3rd January and I'd written post it notes on the points I didn't get but thought I should have in my bundle. I also made myself quite poorly thinking of all the things that could be said or asked etc in the end they asked me only 2 questions quite in depth relating to one of my conditions and it last 25 mins including a 5 minute break :-)
I was told upon joining call that we could only talk about my conditions I had back when I claimed and they were pretty strict over that. The judge told me they had read my file so I think for me it was just clarification on a certain area of my disability. I went into tribunal with 9 Daily living points and 4 ( I think) mobility. I was awarded enhanced on both.
Mine was a telephone hearing and after a 5 minute break they called back and told me the outcome. Good Luck

Thanks so much Rosie, it's really good to hear from someone who's had a good experience, it's just so nerve wracking, I've been waiting nearly a year and a half for this and don't want to mess it up π

I was very anxious overthinking it beforehand and like I said I made myself ill with it. Then they didn't ask what I thought they would .
I'm sure you will be fine . Just be honest and ask them to repeat or explain the question if you don't understand. There was a DWP person there and the judge asked them if they wanted to ask me something which they did but it was very unclear and I told them I wasn't sure what they were asking. The judge repeated the question to me and said its already been clarified .
It's not something I want to repeat soon but it wasn't as bad as I'd imagined.
Good Luck

Thanks so much both of you! Me and my husband feel like it went well, they listened and were kind. I was up till 3.30 this morning panicking, they said they'll decide today and email me π«₯

Ah brilliant @Wishbuf I'm still keeping everything crossed, but I'm glad it went well. Tribunals are loads kinder than the assessors. π
