What is The Substantial Risk for lwcra under what circumstances can you get lwcra for and if they change for exceptional circumstances what does that entail

That's the risk taking substantial risk out to exceptional circumstances and mobilising question as say people can work from home I'm gonna take a chill pill doing my own head in let alone anyone else thankyou for responding sorry for going on

Removing Mobility questions and Substantial Risk were proposed by the previous Government.

Labour have committed only to the cost savings (across all welfare) inherited from the Tories. They have been clear they are going their own way about where and how to make those savings. In Spring we should have a better idea about their proposals.
