Understanding Universal credit form

Good afternoon!
Has anyone filled out the form or in the process of doing so?
How much space, or lines/letters can you write to answer each individual reply to the questions about your health please?
Thanks in advance ☺️

If this is for a claim for UC itself then this is done online so you type your answers into each of the boxes. If you have a diagnosis then you can should write that.
More information about your health conditions and how they affect you would be given when you fill out the UC50 form after you've been referred for the work capability assessment.

Thank you, but I mean...do you have alot of room to type or or have spare pages to write. I ask as I have complex needs and need to put down alot of information.

I see from a previous thread that you're currently claiming ESA. If you're in the Support Group then your UC will automatically include the LCWRA element from the start of your claim.
This means you do not need to go into all of that detail. All you need to do is tell them what diagnosis or conditions you have. There will not be enough of room to go into all of those details and would be a waste of your time anyway.
You will not need another assessment and do not need to provide any fit notes. It will take a few weeks for ESA to send your details across and for your claim to be updated.
