Question for PS5 gamers
Hello, I used to be a PC gamer most of my life, but because of my neurological disability I am forced to look elsewhere and I think PS5 is a good stop.
Some games require u to spam a certain button on a controller in order to progress or perform a certain action. This can be very challenging for me, and I'm not sure if I am able to do that any more.
I used to have a gaming mouse/kb and used to bind a macro to a certain button, so if I pressed and held it, it would perform spamming actions in game.
Do u have any advice for me?
Can u set up a controller in a certain way so u can just press and hold instead of spamming a button?

I think it depends on the game. There might be a option in the game settings menu to enable you to customise how you use the buttons and what functions they perform.
In the games I've played you can also customise the sensitivity of the buttons so you can choose how often or how hard you need to press the button to perform a particular function.
I've also noticed 'accessibility' settings for the actual console in the setup menu but I've never used them.
I suppose you could contact Sony for more detailed info before you shell out money for a ps5. Personally, I really love playing on the ps5 I do it every day and find it very responsive to my dexterity problems. Good luck I hope you're able to sort this out and can start playing.
