iis there any paper work I will need doing the transfer to uc I'm in support group on esa. and am also claiming housing benefit also is there help out there for making the claim it is for mental health and I'm not to good at doing these things

They have a phone number and webchat available.

Paperwork as such no, but it's useful to have details to hand of things like how much money in bank accounts etc.
