Just wondering what will happen if the DWP send a letter saying I’m migrating to UC when I know I won’t qualify for it.
I can’t get it because wife’s earning are too high.
She is pension age but still working.
She can’t get pension credit because I’m under pension age.
I’m on ESA but just had assessment and standard rate pip

If your ESA is either the old contributions based or New style then you will not migrate to UC, unless you're claiming housing benefit for help with any rent.
PIP isn't part of UC either.
