Thanks @Jane315STARX that's most kind. ❤️
To update, the DWP called a week or two after I applied for a tribunal and agreed to give me the two points for daily living and offered to extend my award to 5 years. So it had a very positive outcome, it's just a shame I had to almost barter for the award!1 -
I am so pleased for you x.I have just received this test from Dwp "Update on your claim,we expect to look at your claim by 17/4/2025 you do not need to contact us etc.So this will be 7 months since I first put claim in and we all know they won't change the decision.its agony.I just wish they'd hurry up so I can get on with working out how I go to tribunal

I had a text this morning which said we expect to look at your claim within 15 weeks.I thought this was really odd after the last text. Then I got a call from the dwp.I totally fell apart. He had to calm me down and was very nice ( I think anyway).I only say it like that because I thought that about the assessor.Anyway call lasted about an hour so we shall see what happens

Hi @Jane315STARX Well done. I think because you have been so stressed by it all, you cannot just turn that off and be glad you got your award.
Take care.

I'm so glad for you. Hopefully the extra money will impact your life in a positive way. It absolutely has mine. It took a while to settle in my mind after I was awarded last year, I resisted mentally the amount I'd been given before reluctantly concluding it was right.
Now it makes my life so much easier I focus on that aspect 😊

I was just pleased that someone finally listened to me.The weird thing is showed actual concern when I'm in not in a good place.I can't even remember what he said the award was I think just the daily living ( which is completely fine) and review in a year I think.I think he was shocked at reading my medical summary and how I ended up with the points I'd got.I think it's my fault as I said before for giving the wrong impression on whatever I wrote on the form ( which I just can't remember

I was the same, I think it's normal to be a bit bewildered after fighting the system but you have totally got this!
If u feel up to it give them a ring and they will tell you your award and how long for as I couldnt remember either x
