Too Good to Go service
I've recently started using the "Too good to go" food waste service.
Many haven't heard of It, it seems so for those who can get out or have someone who can collect from the store in question you can eat well and save a significant sum.
I've used it daily for just under two weeks and spent £37 and received £142 worth of food.
the scheme is designed to stop food waste when the store closes by offering various "bags" of food at a massively discounted price for collection at a specified time.
The bags are extremely generous and many items can be safely frozen if there's too much, where as some will need eating that day.
on top of removing the stress of meal preparation and saving a huge sum, you'll get a fairly balanced filling meal and help the carbon footprint.
