migration to UC

If you get PIP (ADP cos Scottish) and Working Tax credits because you're part time self employed due to disability (cerebral Palsy) and migrate to UC, will you have to get a job and stop you're self employment because you are not full time?
The severe disability element was on the tax credits and the PIP is high rate both daily and mobility. Will the person be assessed for WCA?

Hey there @CarolMCW Sorry to see no one was able to answer your question. Were you able to find the answer in the end?

Thanks but no and it's getting worse. His work coach has told him twice to speak to a doctor and both have said no and that it isn't how it works ????? Then his work coach gave him a short letter to take to the surgery to give to a doctor but the receptionist refused to do it and told him to take the letter away!!! You couldn't make this up. He doesn't know what will happen next. And the work coach has increased the number of hours he was doing because she said it would be better for his outcome. What outcome, he doesn't know and by the looks of it neither does she.
