If by "enhanced premium" you mean Severe Disability Premium, then yes that will end as you don't meet the criteria with your non dependant son living with you. His employment status doesn't matter, but living with you does.

No, you will not lose the EDP.. known as Disability Income Guarantee on ESA letters.

Just spoke to the council again something was not sitting right with me.

We still get full council tax because of the pip care.
