I had a change of health circumstances and requested a wca and reconsideration from my lcw back in November 2023 I was told repeatedly to add to my journal what I've been doing right up untill now 22nd Jan 2025 they kept just repeating what they were saying the whole time in my journal I now have an assesment on 24th January 2025 after all that time of just being forgotten about and to struggle in my health what should I expect ..?
