HI first time being here need some advice on a situation I'm in.
Start from beginning.
My husband started his own business after getting some inheritance money from his grandma. Majority of the money went into the business and spent on the kids school uniform etc etc.
Went under X amount of savings so applied for universal credit to tie us over and get a little extra help as the business hasn't taken off the way we wanted it to. Only scraping enough in to cover our workshop rent and pay or parts bills. Basically our customers is keeping the business running. Now universal credit are 'presuming' he's bring home X amount which he definitely isn't and we have been putting in expenditure forms every month. They are now saying this because the business has now being going for 2 years.
I'm now going through a capability to work assessment for universal health via phone call in a few days due to my health.
Anyways he's had a job interview with a well no company in his line of work and been accepted due to start next month 4 days on 2 days off shift work…..
Universal credit has payed us for this month but took a good chunk off due to there presumption, which has left us considerable out of pocket.
I've had to apply to PIP currently waiting on the forms.
If universal credit gets stopped due to his earnings, what/if anything can I claim for my children other than child benefit which I already get every Monday. Will the children's money from universal credit get cut....

It sounds like the Minimum Income Floor applies to him. This means they will assume his earnings are over a certain amount, even if he doesn't earn that much. If his earnings are above the minimum income floor then your UC will be based on his actual earnings.
If your UC ends for any reason then unfortunately, there's no other benefit possible to clam now because UC has replaced all other benefits.
Earnings reduce the whole of your UC and not just part of it.
Once a decision is made on your work capability assessment if you're found to have LCWRA then you'll be entitled to an extra £416.19/month from the 4th month after you provided your first fit note.
Once a decision is made on your PIP claim if you're successfully awarded the daily living part your husband will be able to claim carers element of UC. As a carer he will have no work commitments so the Minimum Income Floor would no longer apply.
Once he starts his new job he will need to make sure he reports the changes to UC.
Will he continue with his self employed work?
