body linguistics in programs like faking it, I'm with you.

It's amazing how much you can learn from these programs about body language.I remember seeing clips of a man who had killed someone and they identified subtle body language clues that gave his lies away.Even within speech too a liar can be identified it's fascinating

@Catherine21 there is nothing better in the world than the love of a dog.Absolutely nothing compares. Some of my problems stem from loss of a dog which I won't go into. But the utter love that dogs give is incomparable to Anything I've ever had.I am so glad that you have dogs and although you have obvious anxiety I'm so pleased they are with you X.As far as rambling and panicking, you sound totally normal and just airing out your thoughts x

Very well said Jane - if we all stick together we'll be a force to reckon with. And we must fight any further erosion to our living standards, we are human beings too, just as valuable as anyone else xx

Exactly.I think it's very cruel and manipulative of the Government to target disabled people whether that be physical or mental health. We all know that living with a disability/s completely impacts on your life and can on those around you.The mere proposition of anything that is already helping/aiding you in your daily life whether that be money or support elsewhere being taken away is horrific. And so it has not only created stress and anxiety but has pitted people against each other because emotions are so high.Obviously I don't personally know members of the government. But what I do know is most things come down to money, power and Ego in politics. So much hypocrisy goes on its just ridiculous ( look at the Matt Hancock situation during covid,to name one).So I think there are strength in numbers. And we will all continue to be here for each other
