Quick question

After winning my tribunal on 3rd January part of my backpay was sent to debt management which they returned back to Pip. Has anyone had any experience of this and how long it takes to make its way back to me? I don't feel up to the 45 minute wait on the phone lol
I've received the other part of my backpay which I thought was quite quick [20 days]
Many thanks

Information for different departments is sent electronically so there shouldn't be a delay in returning anything. It's really down to PIP in how long it will take a decision maker to pay what is owed and there's no timescales for that.
