A review is the same process as the first time you had an assessment. You will receive a message on your journal telling you that you've been referred for an assessment. A few days later you'll receive the UC50 form in the post. You will need to fill in and return that. Most people have assessments and if one is needed you will receive an appointment in the post.
Once the assessment is completed a report will be written and returned to UC. Then a decision will be made within about 12 weeks.

These are (now defunct) plans by the previous Government. Labour haven't released their proposals yet.

but when I went on the website it says updated 2024 in April so not even that long and thank you for responding.

and when do you think they will introduce their plans for it.

Labour the current Government were elected in July 2024.
They are expected to release a green paper with their plans next month.
No changes will happen overnight because unlike the winter fuel payment, welfare benefits are protected by legislation and it takes a very long time to make any changes.
The green paper is stage one in a lengthy process.
