I can't advise you what you need to tell them because I don't know the reason why you're unable to share a bedroom. You just need to tell them why.

I have a bladder problem, I urinate while I sleep, I scream in my sleep, I suffer from severe shortness of breath, and I have epileptic seizures. And to many healthy problems I told them about this and my medical condition is old

    Hi @odah

This sounds like a difficult situation for you and your partner. There is information on
bedroom tax exemptions on that link that you may find helpful.

Do you have any evidence to provide them with the reasons it is not possible to share a room with your partner other than Pip?

This could be things such as a doctor's Letter clearly stating your specific disability and its impact on your sleep and daily life and why sharing a bedroom is detrimental to your health such as needing specific equipment, disturbed sleep due to your condition, needing space for medical care etc).

Or if you've got an occupational therapist report stating the adaptions and equipment you need in your bedroom that make sharing a room impossible?

The more evidence detailing why it's not possible to share a room the better!

Hope this was helpful, please reach out if you have further questions/would like further support.
